IThis Contest concerns the renovation of two separate apartments, a two-room and a four-room apartment. The two apartments are part of a building located in the Municipality of Carpi, the two-room apartment is on the ground floor and the four-room apartment is on the second floor.
Second floor apartment
SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT
Two solutions are available for the apartment on the second floor:
Solution A
Solution A involves the demolition of some existing walls and the construction of new partitions.
The apartment is accessed via a comfortable entrance equipped with a wardrobe and opening onto the living room. Entering on the right we find the living area consisting of a large living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is divided from the living room with a large sliding door. In the kitchen there is a small room to be used as a laundry. Also from the entrance leads to a hallway that leads us into the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and the main bathroom for use by the apartment. In the hallway, every available space was used with built-in wardrobes.
Solution B
Also in solution B the demolition of some existing walls and the construction of new partitions is foreseen.
The apartment is accessed via a comfortable entrance equipped with a wardrobe and divided from the living area. Entering on the right we find the living area consisting of a large living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is open to the living room, but if necessary it can be divided by installing a sliding door. Also from the entrance leads to a hallway that leads us into the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and the main bathroom for use by the apartment. In the hallway every available space has been used with built-in wardrobes, the one adjacent to the main bathroom is used as a laundry.
GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT
For the renovation of the apartment it is necessary to demolish some existing walls and to build new ones. Furthermore, for the renovation of the bathroom it is necessary to raise a part of the current floor which is located at a lower level than the floor of the apartment.
You enter directly into the living area consisting of kitchen and living room. The bathroom is located inside the room. The bedroom area can be isolated from the passage to the bathroom with a sliding door.
The accessory room, currently used as a waiting room, is connected to the apartment via a door located in the bedroom and can be used both as a study and as a walk-in closet. The project also leaves the external entrance which can be removed if necessary.
COMMON TO THE APARTMENTS
The project indicates an area where to create the false ceiling with the inclusion of lighting.
The creation of a false ceiling in the whole apartment can also be evaluated by lowering the internal height to 2.70 ml so as to have a lower volume to be heated / cooled
l presente Contest riguarda la ristrutturazione di due distinti appartamenti, un bilocale e un quadrilocale. I due appartamenti fanno parte di una palazzina ubicata nel Comune di Carpi, il bilocale si trova al piano terra e il quadrilocale è al secondo piano.

APPARTAMENTO PIANO SECONDO
Per l'appartamento al piano secondo vengono predisposte due soluzioni:
Soluzione A
Nella soluzione A è prevista la demolizione di alcuni muri esistenti e la costruzione di nuovi tramezzi.
Si accede all'appartamento tramite un comodo ingresso accessoriato da guardaroba e aperto sul soggiorno. Entrando sulla destra troviamo la zona giorno composta da ampio soggiorno, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo. La cucina è divisa dal soggiorno con un' ampia porta scorrevole. Nella cucina viene ricavato un piccolo locale da adibire a lavanderia. Sempre dall'ingresso si accede ad un disimpegno che ci conduce nella zona notte composta da una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno e cabina armadio, una camera doppia, una camera singola e il bagno principale ad uso dell'appartamento. Nel disimpegno si è sfruttato ogni spazio disponibile con armadi a muro.
Soluzione B
Anche nella soluzione B è prevista la demolizione di alcuni muri esistenti e la costruzione di nuovi tramezzi.
Si accede all'appartamento tramite un comodo ingresso accessoriato da guardaroba e diviso dalla zona giorno. Entrando sulla destra
troviamo la zona giorno composta da ampio soggiorno, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo. La cucina è aperta sul soggiorno, ma all'occorrenza può essere divisa istallando una porta scorrevole. Sempre dall'ingresso si accede ad un disimpegno che ci conduce nella zona notte composta da una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno e cabina armadio, una camera doppia, una camera singola e il bagno principale ad uso dell'appartamento. Nel disimpegno si è sfruttato ogni spazio disponibile con armadi a muro, quello adiacente al bagno principale viene adibito a lavanderia.
APPARTAMENTO PIANO TERRA
Per la ristrutturazione dell'appartamento si rende necessaria la demolizione di alcuni muri esistenti e la realizzazione di nuovi. Inoltre per la ristrutturazione del bagno è necessario rialzare una parte dell'attuale pavimento che è ubicato ad una quota inferiore rispetto al pavimento dell'appartamento.
Si accede direttamente nella zona giorno composta da cucina e soggiorno. Il bagno è ubicato all'interno della camere. La zona letto della camera può essere isolata dal passaggio per il bagno con una porta scorrevole.
Il locale accessori, attualmente adibito a sala d'attesa viene collegato all'appartamento tramite una porta ubicata nella camera da letto e può essere utilizzato sia come studio che come cabina armadio. Nel progetto viene lasciato anche l'ingresso esterno che all'occorrenza puo essere rimosso.
COMUNE AGLI APARTAMENTI
Nel progetto viene indicata una zona dove realizzare il controsoffitto con l'inserimento dell'illuminazione.
Può essere valutata anche la realizzazione di un controsoffitto in tutto l'appartamento abbassando l'altezza interna a ml 2,70 così da avere un volume inferiore da riscaldare/raffreddare
