The apartment is located in Oderzo in the province of Treviso,
It is 120 square meters, on the top floor with a terrace of 170 square meters. The room height is 285 cm.
I thought to lower the ceiling to 270 cm.
Color: gray light taupe, soft colors, modern furnishings, modern but not extreme, welcoming, with some memories to the past.
I think the floor of parquet except for the kitchen and bathrooms.
Budget: about 120,000 to complete renovation of electrical, thermal-hydraulic, windows,
flooring. It could possibly be used drywall for new divisions.
Even the windows are changed, closed or re-opened as doors (in the living room)
The living area.
I imagine a unique room lunch-room with large windows of the nearby dining area open to the terrace and take advantage of a dilated space outside.
The kitchen current is 420 cm long but in in case of need may be reduced to 360 cm. The cooking island
It is of 180x 100 cm.
I imagined the dining table for 8-10 people.
Terrace: a part of the terrace could closed with glass (20-25 sq m) It was one space in which to make a second outdoor dining (which eventually will be closed), a sort of terrace heated, but a room more of the house.
The sofa is what you see in the picture, model Tufty Time of B & B.
I’d also like to think of a fireplace, but it is not essential.
