Floor plan is divided in 3 areas: living/dining/cooking, WC and laundry and sleeping area.
Living/dining/cooking is open space. Kitchen is open with bar and living area have table with 4 armchairs and modular sofa for relaxing and watching TV. I added glazed space on terrace for big dining table (for 10 people).
WC and laundry are the same and room where is now kitchen I transform in room with closets.
Sleeping area have 3 room. Biggest room for parents have walk in closet and bathroom with shower. Others two rooms are for kids. Bathroom for kids is smaller but it also have shower.
On the south part of terrace there is also glazed space for relaxing, reading...
