la nostra proposta prevede una profonda ristrutturazione e riorganizzazione degli spazi architettonici, tenendo scrupolosamente in considerazione la posizione dei pilastri, indicati in uno degli elaborati tecnici fornitoci, al fine di contenere le spese di costruzione e ammodernamento.
Pertanto abbiamo riportato nelle piante di progetto la posizione dei pilastri con la simbologia rappresentata dal quadrato rosso.
Scopo del nostro progetto e' stato quello di reintegrare lo spazio esterno del terrazzo con l'interno della casa ed in particolare con la zona soggiorno-cucina, al fine di sfruttare al massimo le potenzialità offerte anche dalla presenza di uno spazio vetrato-veranda, filtro tra il terrazzo e la casa.
Abbiamo immaginato questo unico ampio spazio per la zona living e cucina che aveva in mente e abbiamo proposto una cucina dalla confermazione lineare ed elegante parte dell'ampia zona soggiorno con tavolo per 8 persone.
Per la zona notte abbiamo formulato diverse ipotesi ed abbiamo proposto quella che massimizzava lo sfruttamento delle superfici riducendo lo spazio per i corridori. Naturalmente tale proposta può' essere soggetta a cambiamenti asseconda dei gusti e delle esigenze specifiche.

our proposal provides a major restructuring and reorganization of architectural spaces, carefully taking into account the position of the pillars, mentioned in one of the technical drawings supplied to us, in order to contain the costs of construction and modernization.
Therefore we reported in plants project the position of the pillars with the symbolism represented by the red square.
The aim of our project 'was to restore the space of the terrace outside with the inside of the house and in particular with the living-kitchen, in order to take full advantage of the potential offered by the presence of a space-glazed veranda, filter between the terrace and the house.
We imagined this unique ample space for the living area and the kitchen he had in mind and we have proposed a confirmation from the kitchen sleek and attractive part of the large living area with a table for 8 people.
For the bedroom we have formulated several hypotheses and we proposed that maximized the exploitation of surfaces reducing the space for the runners. Of course this proposal may 'be subject to change favors the tastes and needs.
