There’s a passageway at the entrance and a large living room in the apartment, with marble flooring, which should not be modified. However, we wish to take advantage of the space of the passageway, by connecting it to the living room, if possible. As you can see in the photos, there’s a fireplace in the living room too.
The main aim of the structural modifications should be to create the most functional solution at the best price for renovation. Although we prefer to leave the kitchen where it currently is, however, we’re open to take alternative functional solutions into consideration, such as unifying the kitchen and the living area, where the current master bedroom is.
I have a large aquarium that I’d like to place in the living area where it can be viewed and well enjoyed. It can be also used as as a separator in a of the spaces. These are the measurements of the aquarium: L120 x H130 x P45 cm
A second nonfunctional and useless passageway where there’s a built-in closet and leads to the kitchen and the sleeping area. These spaces should most certainly be redefined and made more practical.
We’d like to enlarge the kitchen, where we’d spend most of the days, have 1 master bedroom for us, and another bedroom with 2 single beds for our girls, and a third small room to be used as a study, with a sofa bed for guests.
It’s very important to design large spaces for furniture and built-in closets.
We’re a family of four, 2 adults and 2 girls of 7 and 9 year old-
We want two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another one with a shower where the washing machine would fit.
We also look for design solutions with many built-in closets and custom-made storage.
