I’m planning to renovate an old house located in the country of Rome of about 97mq (6.95 * 13.9)
I would like to have 2 bedrooms (at least one of 14 sqm), two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large and livable kitchen that becomes the center of the house with a rear exit, and a living-seating area.
The house is from 4 to 4.5 meters high, so i’d like to make a mezzanine on a part of the house, like over the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, laundry,…
I’d like to insert a double-sided fireplace between the living room and kitchen.
At present I still have flexibility ‘in moving some windows as I indicated on the map, but not the main entrance.
