Il progetto risponde a tutte le richieste del contest. La proposta è caratterizzata da un'ampia zona giorno in cui domina il camino, bifacciale e sospeso, posto in posizione centrale e visibile dalla zona divani, dalla zona pranzo e dalla zona cottura; la cucina è ampia ed avvolgente e termina verso la zona pranzo con una penisola per la prima colazione.
La zona notte è composta da una camera matrimoniale (con bagno) e da una camera singola (con scrivania), entrambe molto ampie e con un comodo armadio (3 metri per la matrimoniale, 2 metri per la cameretta).
La parte centrale della casa è riservata agli spazi accessori (disimpegni, cabina armadio, bagni) che richiedono minori altezze minime (2,40 per i bagni, 2,10 per gli altri spazi accessori). In questo modo è possibile ricavare un soppalco che consenta una fruizione come spazio per il relax; sui lati del soppalco, dove l'altezza a disposizione è minore, trovano posto una cabina armadio ed un piccolo bagno.

The project meets all the requirements of the contest. The proposal features a large living room dominated by the double-sided suspended fireplace, placed in a central position and visible from the sofa area, from the dining area and from the kitchen area; the kitchen is spacious and enveloping and it ends towards the dining area with a peninsula for breakfast.
The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom (with bathroom) and a single room (with desk), they are both very large with a closet (3 meters for the master bedroom, 2 meters for the single one).
The central part of the house is reserved for ancillary spaces (lobbies, dressing room, bathrooms) that require lower minimum heights (2.40 for the bathrooms, 2.10 for the other ancillary spaces). In this way it's possible to obtain a mezzanine that can be use as a relax space; on the sides of the mezzanine, where the height is less available, there are a walk-in closet and a small bathroom.
