The project is developed with the opportunities that the site presents, namely the industrial character of the building, the spaces instead of trying to hide this character exalt him, the pillars are left without plaster and bricks are left exposed, creating a texture in real environments, which is the background to the project elements . The materials chosen for the design are wood, ceramics, and cement.
The dorm area is developed around the perimeter of the building in order to receive air and light in abundance, while in the central located place, bathrooms, laundry, offices, the area sofas, the area for eat etc ... this is the area of social aggregation of exchange of entertainment.
All space is created to appear open, the windows that close the dormitory are included in the skeleton of uneven concrete industrial building. The elements that make up the beds also they are inserted in a space as pavilions governed by pillars and beams, concrete and steel. Flooring creates an interesting reason for accompanying various spaces.

Il progetto si sviluppa con le opportunità che il sito presenta, ovvero il carattere industriale dell’edificio, gli spazi anziché cercare di nascondere questo carattere lo esaltano, i pilastri sono lasciati senza intonaco e i mattoni sono lasciati a vista creando una texture reale negli ambienti, che fa da sfondo agli elementi progettuali. I materiali scelti per la progettazione sono il legno, la ceramica, e il cemento.
L’area dormitorio è sviluppata tutt’intorno al perimetro dell’edificio in modo da ricevere aria e luce in abbondanza, mentre nell’area centrale trovano luogo, i bagni, la lavanderia, gli uffici, l’area divani, l’area per mangiare ecc… questa è l’area sociale di aggregazione di scambio di intrattenimento.
Tutto lo spazio è creato per apparire aperto, le vetrate che chiudono le camerata sono inserite nello scheletro di cemento irregolare dell’edificio industriale. Gli elementi che compongono i letti anche essi si inseriscono come padiglioni in uno spazio governato da pilasti e travi in cemento e acciaio. La pavimentazione crea un’interessante motivo di accompagnamento ai vari spazi.
