In plan A and B, only the layout of the living room, kitchen and dining room has been changed (not the private spaces). Also, in these two plans, the kitchen is considered near the services. In this way, we will have less plumbing and we will have no problem with the kitchen drain.
In plan C, however, the location of the kitchen is different from the other two plans. It depends on the possibility of drainage in the desired location. Of course, more piping is needed.
Also, I would like to remind you that your proposed location is not suitable for a kitchen due to its small width. For this reason, this space was considered as a study and work space in plan A and B, and as a pantry (store of dry food, containers, etc.) in plan C.
