I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I tried to do my design with minimal movement in the existing walls.
I placed the kitchen in a place that has good access to the terrace, I provided a barbeque area and a dining area in the terrace area and near the kitchen.
I converted the current clothes storage(RIP) to a laundry room and pantry.
I converted the current kitchen into a guest bathroom and hid it from the living area with a sliding door.
I moved the door to the master bedroom a bit to make the current bathroom a private bathroom.
I provided a walk in closet in the master bedroom.
In the study room, I planned a sofa bed for the use of guests.
On the terrace and near the master bedroom, I provided an outdoor Jacuzzi and a place to sunbathe.
For the main bedroom, I suggested two plans, the difference between which is the location of the dressing table.
