In a flat in a 1930’s building the aim of this competition is to convert the apartment in a young and fresh student hall. You need to create 4 rooms and add a new bath. So at the end of the renovation we will have 4 confortable rooms with a double size bed, 2 baths and a kitchen. We tought to put the new bath at the end of the corridor, there is also a windows so should be great ( we are open also to other solutions). I don’t know if it fits inside but you can consider to only the wc, sink and washmachine ( if there is enought space, it could be great to put also a shower). Because is a home for student what is the real challenge is to adopt cool and really cheap solution, for example using the color walls, choosing a really cheap but nice flooring wood.
So I need a layout of the home with dimensions and a list of forniture used please use only Ikea stuff and select those by the price:). Same stuff for what concern the finish used, and in detail i’m talking about the flooring (ikea or leroymerlin please). Please provide renders we are not people who are suited to the job so we will setup our choose first on the images, so if the space design will be nice as we hope, second on the estimation dei costi. I think is not a easy task but I trust in this service and on the architects on here, I saw stunnging project in past contest so please do you best and good luck!
