I tried to minimize the work to minimize the cost. The result is four students room with a color theme of each room and a common kitchen which is open to the corridor. I eliminate the wall between the corridor and the kitchen to have a spacious common area and bring light. I suggest you keep the existing parket, it will save you a lot of money.
