Tenuto conto delle invarianti come l’ingresso, le finestre, i pilastri e la posizione della colonna fecale, il progetto risponde alle richieste della committenza che prevedono una più funzionale ripartizione delle superfici dedicate alle varie funzioni già previste nell’attuale configurazione.
L’ingresso intercetta tangenzialmente la zona giorno che si sviluppa per tutta la lunghezza dell’appartamento e si configura come un grande open-space nel quale svolgere tutte le attività legate alla quotidianità diurna: cucinare, mangiare, lavorare, rilassarsi, accogliere. Ci si immette fra il soggiorno – pranzo e la cucina separati idealmente dall’isola snack e dal blocco colonna forno e frigorifero. Da un’ampia porta scorrevole (del tipo “filo muro”) si accede al disimpegno della zona notte che serve le due camere da letto, i due bagni e un ripostiglio che può anche essere parzialmente destinato a lavanderia. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di grandi docce walk-in. La camera da letto padronale è dotata di cabina armadio.
Parti del soffitto sono ribassate per meglio facilitare la definizione degli spazi e la lettura degli ambiti funzionali.

Taking into account the invariants such as the entrance, the windows, the pillars and the position of the fecal column, the project responds to the client's requests which provide for a more functional distribution of the surfaces dedicated to the various functions already provided in the current configuration.
The entrance tangentially intercepts the living area that extends along the entire length of the apartment and is configured as a large open space in which to carry out all the activities related to daily life: cooking, eating, working, relaxing, welcoming. You enter between the living-dining room and the kitchen, ideally separated by the snack island and the oven and refrigerator column block. A large sliding door (of the "flush with the wall" type) leads to the hallway of the sleeping area which serves the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms and a closet that can also be partially used as a laundry. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet.
Parts of the ceiling are lowered to better facilitate the definition of spaces and the reading of functional areas.
