The project is a total renovation of the apartment, from the configuration of its spaces to the finishes and the suggested furniture.
Initially the living room was moved in front of the kitchen, displacing the room as the client suggested. Next to the entrance, a piece of furniture was designed that blends with the wall and has a hall cabinet, a minibar and an auxiliary cabinet for the dining room.
The new living room is partially closed to the corridor of the rooms by means of a wooden lattice, to provide privacy to the sleeping area. A custom piece of furniture was designed that integrates a bioethanol fireplace to give a modern but cozy style.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled, and has been designed more spacious with a peninsula that can be used as a breakfast bar. The door was replaced by a window, to put the sink under it, as the client suggested.
New upper and lower cabinets were designed, and a false ceiling was proposed for the installation of lamps.
The small bathroom was enlarged to make it more habitable, in this space a cabinet was designed for the laundry that combines with the general style of the bathroom.
The small room was reconfigured after the modifications made to the bathrooms. In this, a raised bed was designed to optimize space, under which there is storage space, and next to it a desk was arranged. What would be the stairs of the bed also work as drawers and end in a shelf that provides a nice design as a whole.
A library and a closet with space for a TV were designed, and next to it a small space for a dressing table.
The largest bathroom was integrated into the main room, its configuration was largely renovated, including a panel wall with niches for decoration and toilet elements.
The tub remained where it is, but its configuration was redesigned, including an adjoining shower, and new finishes were given to the entire space.

Il progetto è una ristrutturazione totale dell'appartamento, dalla configurazione dei suoi spazi alle finiture e agli arredi suggeriti.
Inizialmente il soggiorno è stato spostato davanti alla cucina, spostando la stanza come suggerito dal cliente. Accanto all'ingresso è stato disegnato un mobile che si fonde con la parete e comprende un mobile da ingresso, un minibar e un mobile ausiliario per la sala da pranzo.
La nuova stanza è parzialmente chiusa al corridoio delle stanze tramite un graticcio in legno, per dare privacy alla zona notte. È stato progettato un mobile su misura che integra un camino a bioetanolo per conferire uno stile moderno ma accogliente.
La cucina è stata completamente ristrutturata, ed è stata progettata più spaziosa con una penisola che può essere utilizzata come bancone per la colazione. La porta è stata sostituita da una finestra, per infilarvi il lavabo sotto, come suggerito dal cliente.
Sono stati progettati nuovi armadi superiori e inferiori ed è stato proposto un controsoffitto per l'installazione delle lampade.
Il piccolo bagno è stato ampliato per renderlo più abitabile, in questo spazio è stato pensato un mobiletto per la lavanderia che si sposa con lo stile generale del bagno.
La piccola stanza è stata riconfigurata dopo le modifiche apportate ai bagni. In questo è stato progettato un letto rialzato per ottimizzare lo spazio, sotto il quale c'è lo spazio di archiviazione, e accanto ad esso è stata sistemata una scrivania. Quali sarebbero le scale del letto funzionano anche come cassetti e terminano in una mensola che fornisce un bel design nel suo insieme.
Sono stati progettati una libreria e un armadio con spazio per una TV e accanto un piccolo spazio per una toeletta.
Il bagno più grande è stato integrato nella stanza principale, la sua configurazione è stata in gran parte rinnovata, includendo una parete a pannelli con nicchie per la decorazione ed elementi igienici.
La vasca è rimasta dov'è, ma la sua configurazione è stata ridisegnata, includendo una doccia adiacente, e sono state date nuove finiture all'intero spazio.
La stanza principale ha uno stile moderno, con un letto la cui testiera è integrata nella parete attraverso l'uso del legno, spazio per una specchiera che si integra nel mobile tv.
In fondo alla stanza è stato progettato uno spazio spogliatoio, ottimizzando al massimo lo spazio a disposizione.
L'intero progetto generale dell'appartamento ha uno stile moderno e contemporaneo, con colori chiari nella gamma dei grigi e beige, e attraverso l'uso del legno si ricerca un tocco caldo e accogliente.
