La proposta presentata consiste in una redistribuzione degli spazi interni in relazione a quelle che sono le richieste da voi evidenziate. Vengono sviluppate due soluzione di cui la prima meno invasiva con la zona giorno collocata in prossimità dell’ingresso e la zona notte nell’area sinistra; mentre la seconda con una zona giorno distribuita in modo tale da vere il doppio affaccio sul balcone mentre le camere trovano spazio ai lati. Entrando si è inserita una grande zona con armadiature a tutta altezza in modo da essere utile sia come guardaroba che come ripostiglio oltre ad un primo salottino d’ingresso; la zona giorno è sempre direttamente collegata a questa prima area ed è composta dal divano con mobile tv, tavolo da pranzo per almeno sei persone e cucina lineare. I Bagni sono due di cui uno disimpegnato dall’area giorno e l’altro che trova spazio dove già era presente l’attuale bagno. Le camere ospitano entrambe il letto matrimoniale e sono complete di tutto il necessario con armadio o cabina armadio e consolle con tv. Inoltre lo spazio dedicato alla lavanderia trova spazio sia internamente sempre tramite un sistema a scomparsa nelle armadiature che esternamente sul terrazzo in posizione adiacente alla cucina. Entrambe le soluzioni offrono due camere, due bagni oltre ad una comoda zona giorno, ma oggettivamente, la seconda pur essendo poco più invasiva offre la possibilità di avere il doppio affaccio dall’area giorno godendo di un importante luminosità oltre che degli affacci sul balcone.

The proposal presented consists of a redistribution of the internal spaces in relation to the requests you have highlighted. Two solutions are developed, the first of which is less invasive with the living area located near the entrance and the sleeping area in the left area; while the second with a living area distributed in such a way as to have double views of the balcony while the bedrooms find space on the sides. Upon entering, a large area with full-height wardrobes was inserted so as to be useful both as a wardrobe and as a storage room as well as a first entrance lounge; the living area is always directly connected to this first area and is composed of a sofa with TV cabinet, dining table for at least six people and a linear kitchen. There are two bathrooms, one of which is separated from the living area and the other is located where the current bathroom was already present. The bedrooms both have a double bed and are complete with everything you need with a wardrobe or walk-in wardrobe and console with TV. Furthermore, the space dedicated to the laundry room is located both internally via a concealed system in the wardrobes and externally on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen. Both solutions offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a comfortable living area, but objectively, the second, despite being slightly more invasive, offers the possibility of having a double view from the living area enjoying significant brightness as well as views onto the balcony.
