Dear Client, in this proposal I am including two options. The reason behind this, is to offer another possibility to consider for the interesting layout of the apartment. The first option follows more the original layout of the apartment, without changing much the layout. The second one becomes a more modern version of it, allowing for a more unified space that allows multiple ways to circulate through it, and is more flexible with privacy or openness, in the morning area, depending on what the client desires. I am including more details about the space for both options, within the plans. The materiality is concentrated in light warm colours and finishes, to create a more minimal effect. The lighting and the furniture become more sculptural within the space, to create interest, but in similar tones. I hope you will enjoy the design. Thank you very much for the competition.
