Since in the apartment there are some key
points, such as the location of the main bathroom, the pipes of the kitchen and
load-bearing walls, the new arrangement does not provide for an upheaval of the
project but some changes and improvements. We have chosen to develop three
versions, with different precautions each of which can be assessed individually
and combine as best you prefer. In the version A, after the small entrance
hall, a low wall creates an area where you can insert a hanger, and create a
corner where you place the TV furniture. There are two separate doors for the
bathroom and the closet. On the wall and above the door can be inserted a
shelves. The sofa is located in the most comfortable position in front of the
TV. In the bedroom the entrance has been modified to allow the closing of the
wardrobe and avoid the passage inside entering the room. Version B provides an entrance into the living
area with shelves in the alcove and walk-in closet in the bedroom as planned.
The sofa is moved to the south wall and the wall opposite the kitchen has two
separate entrances to bathroom and storage room, and a large shelf or shelves
on the wall with in the center the television on the wall or placed on a
mobile. Space is wider and you can insert a table longer or a table extendable. In version C at the entrance, closing the
corner of the kitchen, was added to a small storage room that can also be used
as a pantry or closet door. In the corner is inserted the furniture TV with in
front of the sofa in a space formed by the change of the existing storage room.
The wall of the sofa has always shelves or shelf, but this time there is only
one common entrance to the bathroom and the storage room. To make the bedroom
wider and more livable, walk-in closet has been removed and inserted a large
wardrobe and a dresser. Poiché nell’appartamento vi
sono alcuni punti fermi, come la posizione del bagno principale, le tubazioni
della cucina e i muri portanti, la nuova sistemazione non prevede uno
stravolgimento del progetto ma alcune modifiche e perfezionamenti. Si è scelto
di elaborare 3 versioni, con diversi accorgimenti ognuno dei quali può essere
valutato singolarmente combinandoli come meglio si preferisce. Nella versione A, dopo il
piccolo corridoio di ingresso, un muretto basso crea una zona dove è possibile
inserire un appendiabiti, creando inoltre un angolo dove viene collocato il
mobile della televisione. Vi sono due porte separate per il bagno e il
ripostiglio e sulla parete e sulla porta può essere inserita una libreria o
delle mensole. Il divano si trova in posizione più comoda, davanti la tv. Nella
camera da letto l’ingresso è stato modificato per permettere la chiusura della
cabina armadio ed evitare il passaggio al suo interno entrando nella camera. La versione B prevede un
ingresso nella zona living con mensole nella nicchia e la cabina armadio come
da progetto. Il divano viene spostato nella parete sud mentre la parete opposta
alla cucina ha i due ingressi separati per bagno e ripostiglio e una grande
libreria o mensole su tutta la parete, che si allargano nel centro per ospitare
la televisione a muro o poggiata su un mobile. Lo spazio è più ampio ed è
possibile inserire un tavolo più lungo o allungabile. Nella versione C all’ingresso, chiudendo l’angolo con la
cucina, è stato inserito un piccolo ripostiglio che può essere utilizzato anche
come dispensa o guardaroba d’ingresso. Nell’angolo è inserito il mobile per la
televisione con di fronte il divano, in uno spazio ricavato dalla modifica del
ripostiglio esistente. La parete del divano presenta sempre le mensole o lo
scaffale, ma questa volta vi è un solo ingresso comune per il bagno e il
ripostiglio. Per rendere più ampia e vivibile la camera da letto è stata tolta
la cabina armadio e inserito un ampio armadio e una cassettiera.
