The Montantlo 9 project is developed on the existing space layout, where the old vaulted wall section will be removed to create additional open space for the living room and to accommodate an additional small bedroom. The living room area will be more spacious, featuring a 2.4-meter L-shaped sofa and a large round coffee table to add a softer touch to the design. The kitchen area will include a mini island that can accommodate a 4-person dining table. I designed the dining table in a round shape so that if not needed, it can be removed or placed elsewhere to create a more comfortable and versatile space. I expanded the kitchen area to include space opposite the kitchen where we can add a washer and dryer for added convenience to make the apartment more fully equipped. With this expanded kitchen area, I believe you'll comfortably be able to serve both personal and family needs. I enlarged the bathroom area to provide more comfort and usability.
