based on the requirements you have given, I offer you an apartment design that meets all the needs for a comfortable life of a two members family, or a family with children.
Upon entering the apartment from the main entrance, there is a view all the way to the spacious terrace through the balcony door.
On the left of the hallway, there is a bench for putting on and storing shoes, and below is a built-in closet. On the right there is entrance to guest toilet with basic sanitary equipment.
From this hallway you can enter the open space through a double glass door. This open space consists of a kitchen with an island facing the dining room and living room. The kitchen can be separated by glass sliding panels, to keep unpleasant odors indoor. The dining room and living room have access to the terrace through the balcony door and access to the master bedroom and guest or study room. The entrance to the master bedroom is through a walk-in closet and has access to the master bathroom. Guest room is separated from living and dining room by glass panels to create a sense of greater open space.
The terrace has an outdoor dining area and sunbathing area with lots of plants.
In the upper part of the apartment there is the children's room with a bathroom which is accessed from the second corridor. This room can also bi transformed to an office if necessary.
