Il contest è stato sviluppato in modo da proporre una soluzione accattivante e al tempo stesso funzionale anche in ragione a quelli che sono i flussi interni all’abitazione. Entrando nell’appartamento situato al piano inferiore si trova un volume centrale che identifica un doppio passaggio ai lati e ospita un comodo armadio a scomparsa, questo può essere interamente rivestito in legno. A partire da qui si sviluppa da un lato la zona giorno e dall’altro la zona notte. Sicuramente il camino e il living con il grande divano che si intravede fin dall’ingresso identificano il fulcro dell’area giorno per poi continuare con il pranzo e la cucina; entrambi gli ambienti danno accesso ai due terrazzi. La zona notte ospita il bagno principale a servizio dell’intero appartamento e due camere entrambe che riescono ad ospitare il letto matrimoniale ed una delle due identificata come camera padronale con il secondo bagno in camera. Un’alternativa a questa distribuzione viene proposta nell’altra soluzione dove l’area living e cucina vengono invertite in modo da avere quest’ultima di dimensioni maggiori; e inoltre dove ai bagni si accede dalla zona disimpegno andando così ad equilibrare le due camere.
Il piano superiore ha accesso indipendente con scala esclusiva, ma con la possibilità in futuro di togliere le porte al piano inferiore e rendere l’appartamento tutto unico e quindi distribuito su due livelli. Questo secondo appartamento dispone di una cucina a scomparsa, di un bagno giorno, e di una zona living con divano letto e con possibilità tramite scorrevole di essere resa indipendente in modo da avere un’ulteriore camera da letto. L’altra porzione dell’appartamento è dedicata interamente alla zona padronale con ampia camera, cabina armadio e bagno con sauna. Una serie di accorgimenti come lo scorrevole che si trova appena salita l’ultima rampa in modo da ridurre al dispersione del calore; oppure la boiserie collocata all’ingresso, ma anche le pareti retroletto richiamano la natura grazie all’inserimento di finiture in legno naturale in modo da donare un’atmosfera calda e ricercata così da rendere l’abitazione caratteristica per il luogo dove si trova.

The contest was developed in order to propose an attractive and at the same time functional solution also in relation to the internal flows of the home. Entering the apartment located on the lower floor there is a central volume that identifies a double passage on the sides and houses a comfortable foldaway wardrobe, this can be entirely covered in wood. Starting from here, the living area develops on one side and the sleeping area on the other. Surely the fireplace and the living room with the large sofa that can be glimpsed from the entrance identify the fulcrum of the living area and then continue with the dining room and the kitchen; both rooms give access to the two terraces. The sleeping area houses the main bathroom serving the entire apartment and two bedrooms both of which can accommodate a double bed and one of the two identified as the master bedroom with the second bathroom in the bedroom. An alternative to this distribution is proposed in the other solution where the living area and kitchen are reversed so as to have the latter larger in size; and also where the bathrooms are accessed from the hallway area, thus balancing the two bedrooms.
The upper floor has independent access with an exclusive staircase, but with the possibility in the future of removing the doors on the lower floor and making the apartment all one and therefore distributed over two levels. This second apartment has a hideaway kitchen, a day bathroom, and a living area with sofa bed and with the possibility of being made independent through a sliding door in order to have an additional bedroom. The other portion of the apartment is entirely dedicated to the master area with a large bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom with sauna. A series of expedients such as the slide that is found just after climbing the last ramp in order to reduce heat dispersion; or the boiserie located at the entrance, but also the back bed walls recall nature thanks to the insertion of natural wood finishes in order to give a warm and refined atmosphere so as to make the house characteristic for the place where it is located.
