Description

Based on the client's request for two apartments that in the future can be joined and function as one, the levels were designed in such a way that they do not lose their functionality over time, allowing them to mutate without major construction modifications.
The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly its beautiful views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding environment. In this way, the living and dining spaces are located covering the entire south façade on both levels, seeking, in addition to the views, the greatest amount of natural light during the day.
On the upper level, in addition to gaining space over the previously raised double height, an bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Sauna was added. This level, when the apartment is unified, will replace the kitchen and living room with a bedroom, storage area, and a library or game room, according to the needs of those who inhabit it.
On both levels, the rooms have been slightly modified according to the previous project, seeking to make the best use of each space in the building. As for the interior of the apartments, rustic wood is used in similar tones, both on the walls and in the furniture.
If you have any questions about the project, do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for the opportunity and I hope the project meets your expectations.

Best regards,
