The proposed project involves the internal reorganization of a 32-square-meter apartment located on the ground floor of a condominium.

Efforts have been made to minimize the destruction, but single-fired cladding, white doors, false ceilings, and wooden parquet have been considered.

For the bathroom, due to the limitations of the floor and the area that had to be considered for the diameter of the wall (even though it is of a small height), the layout remained the same as before, with the difference that there are two doors to maintain the municipal hygiene regulation. It was considered that due to the fact that the main service door is located in the corridor, the interior door of the bathroom could be removed. Also, a bidet and a shower have been provided.

Due to the fact that people who live in small apartments need a space to concentrate, a "study/work" area was created inside the bedroom

The kitchen was placed in the living area, and the living room with a TV was placed near the terrace.

The entrance door from the condominium hallway has been moved, and a washing machine fits into a gap in the wall.
