It is suggested to create, using an open shelving system, a living area directly connected to the entrance and services, and a more secluded sleeping area. The entrance and dining area accommodate an L-shaped kitchen with space for all the essential modules, along with an expandable dining table. The end of the room, with direct access to the terrace, is suitable for a sofa bed and a TV, utilizing shelves. The bathroom is divided into an anti-bathroom and a regular bathroom, with the possibility to conceal the wastewater pipe of the toilet beneath a sink shelf in the first area and within a hollow wall in the second. All sanitary fixtures are installed in the bathroom, and their drainage can be routed through the floor screed due to their small size. The wall separating the service area from the bedroom is designed to allow for a wall-mounted wardrobe in the bedroom and a cavity in the anti-bathroom for stacked washer and dryer. The boiler is planned to be relocated to the terrace. All spaces have been designed taking into account the dimensions of standard furniture available at major budget furniture retailers like IKEA.
