Esta casa es una casa de vacaciones, por un período prolongado (trabajo inteligente). Se diseña una remodelación para tres en la familia (dos trabajando y su hija en la escuela secundaria).
Se plantea 2 habitaciones dobles, cada una con un pequeño rincón de estudio. Cada una con armario. La habitación principal con salida a la terraza / jardín y las dos habitaciones con salida al balcón. Se ubico el armario de 2,7m, 67cm de profundidad que el cliente quiere insertar (junto con la cama y el tocador), con mesitas de noche las cuales caben fácil y cómodamente. Se adecua el sofá para usar en la habitación y la una chimenea.
Amplio salón con orientación sur con vista y salida al gran jardín. Pequeña cocina separada parcialmente con mesa de comedor cómoda. Sofá y muro de de TV y chimenea.
Se adecuo 1 baño pequeño, en la mitad del espacio, cerca a todas las estancias. La entrada está dispuesta hacia la sala al costado sur del muro indicado. Las paredes / pilares indicados no se movieron.
Las dimensiones de los muebles se mantienen: Cama: 190x216, Cómoda: 100Wx52D, Sofá: 2 plazas 212x107, 1 lugar 107x107, puf 80x97.
La iluminación tiene tiras led, en baño, cocina y habitaciones, y se resaltan los espacios con luminarias de piso y de mesa, y spot lights haciendo los espacios más calidos.
