MODERNIZZAZIONE APPARTAMENTO

I have three different floor plans and layouts for you.
The first plan is the same as the existing plan, but I have done the layout.
In the second plan, I have placed the master bedroom in place of the current living room. The bathroom remains in its current location and the second bedroom in its current location with a few changes. I have placed the kitchen next to the backyard so that you can easily come and go for meals and next to it is the living room.
In the third plan, the bedrooms have been moved and the bathroom has been placed in place of the kitchen and a laundry room has been added and the living room and kitchen are placed on the north side and near the backyard.
From these three different floor plans, you can make your best choice.

I have designed a general plan for your two gardens.
In the backyard, on the paved area, I have placed a dining area with a barbecue surrounded by Japanese boxwood, pine and olive trees.
A gazebo that can be climatic is located near the house, measuring approximately 3.5 x 2.7 meters, and inside it are sports equipment.
There are seasonal and fragrant flowers next to it, a small jacuzzi and a pool measuring 3.1 x 2.7 meters and a shower, and next to it, fragrant and special flowers were placed around the pool. I tried to choose plants that suit the climate of your place and I hope you like the design.
