Thank you for opening this competition. It is a pleasure to be in this project. My design started by searching your company to determine most suitable concept for you. I went to a design concept that takes maximum advantage of daylight. The first option was chosen considering the working conditions and many phone calls of sales department. Easily cleanable environment was prepared with high furniture from the floor. The camouflage of dark dust with dark grey carpet and cleaning dust without dispersing with carpet and carpet contribution to acoustic were considered. Pseudo plant on the walls and between the desk are for acoustic insulation. The selected colors were used by thinking convenience of the institutional identity and the logo. The best session plan for manager and employee relations was considered. CEO room was located that dominates everyone and has a private position to itself. Conference room is transparent for everyone but isolated. Staircase serves CEO room and conference room easily without affecting employees. I considered a pleasant, bright, spacious and innovative environment for employees. New big windows on the facade were located to north so the working spaces will be enoughly bright without disturbing employees. The roof windows were located by thinking not to distract the focus of employees and serve the manager rooms at a strategic point considering the effect of sun during the day. A stylish and impressive entrance was designed to welcome guests. Also an isolated entrance(with fob) was designed for employees. Planning the areas related to the production area in accordance with the current situation.
