The project is minimal and industrial style!
I choose a layout with black frame and glass that divides the spaces and create fluent view of all the spaces.
A second small livingroom with tv spot is a place where relax and not disturb the livingroom athmosphere.
A big window on the wall of the kitchen relate this with the diningroom .
The kitchen has inside a small laundry space and two entrances for a more comfortable use!
The master bedroom is a the opposite side of the kid bedrooms, those have (like the masterbedroom) their own walkin closet in one separated room that can also be used for storage of the house!
