Briefing

Theme: Modern Minimalist
Aim: Make the apartment look more spacious
Storage space smartly incorporated
Use of natural light
Design must not be cluttered
Occupancy: A couple with their two sons
Preferred Layout: The couple would like a Master Suite with an attached bathroom along with an additional entertainment room. The brothers would like a room each, so they could sleep, study and use the computer in their own personal space.
Design brief:
1. Feel free to demolish any non-structural walls and pre-installed wardrobes
2. Feel free to suggest new layouts
3. Please include a walk-in wardrobe (can be pole-system) for master and Junior Suite
4. Propose a way of extending the feature wall at the Living area
5. Minimum of 3 restrooms inclusive of WC: 1 has to be attached to Master suite
1 has to be a common toilet excluding WC
6. Propose a redesign of stairs
7. Dry kitchen to be removed to save space
