The floor plan layout is divided into 3 zones. Entrance, living room and dining room. Entrance and living room is separated with wood partition that has same style with the stairs wood partition. The space of living room and dining room are distinguished with the faulted ceiling and additional plasterboard (see the render views). The style of the rooms is inspired by the kitchen style and color which has modern style with white, gray and black color yet still have wood materials to balance stairs and the existing beige tile color which have warmth color. The difference between Floor Plan A and Floor Plan B is only the coffee table. I proposed the furniture with high quality brand especially for sofa bed, dining table, dining chair and credenza (dining room sideboard). I proposed 2 options for coffee table and dining table. I will leave it to you depends on your personal choice.
