Una parte importante dell'arredamento sarà il cambiamento con illuminazione moderna, spot e illuminazione nascosta. La zona giorno sarà separata dalla cucina da una parete in vetro scorrevole che potrà essere aperta per creare uno spazio unico all'occorrenza, i materiali utilizzati saranno legno, marmo, piastrelle in gres. Le linee saranno dritte ei colori andranno dal bianco al grigio scuro interferendo con il colore del legno in diversi elementi del decoro.
