In the project overall, effort has been taken to make the interior more airy and well lit by natural light. So using of natural material in light shades has been emphasized. The project takes into account the maximum usage of floor spaces, while partially zoning the functions. The wooden textures over concrete plaster gives a neutral and pleasant environment. Additionally a bay window provided with storage units looks over the front court. Realignment of storage space in the entrance opens up the space to be free of obstacle while providing a foyer like space.
The front court has been redeveloped with a decking space and barbeque counter, which has a operatable shading device, making the space usable at all weather conditions
