OPTION 1 provides natural light and ventilation to the kitchen via 2 existing windows and a sliding door that leads to the balcony of the internal courtyard while the living area and bedroom get natural light from 1 French door each that lead to the external balcony.

OPTION 2 provides natural light and ventilation to the kitchen and living area via 2 French doors. it also places the bathroom and guest toilet at a reasonable location as regards to the service pipes.

NB: floor plans should be reviewed with serving engineers to determine feasibility of each floor plan

L'OPZIONE 1 fornisce luce naturale e ventilazione alla cucina tramite 2 finestre esistenti e una porta scorrevole che conduce al balcone del cortile interno mentre la zona giorno e la camera da letto ricevono luce naturale da 1 porta finestra ciascuna che conduce al balcone esterno.

OPZIONE 2 fornisce luce naturale e ventilazione alla cucina e alla zona giorno tramite 2 porte finestre. Colloca anche il bagno e la toilette per gli ospiti in una posizione ragionevole per quanto riguarda i tubi di servizio.

NB: le planimetrie devono essere riviste con gli ingegneri in servizio per determinare la fattibilità di ciascuna planimetria
