Right after the entrance, we have included a guest toilet and a small space for changing clothes, ensuring convenience for your guests. Moving forward, the kitchen is seamlessly connected to the living room, allowing for easy interaction between these spaces. We have also incorporated a French window in the kitchen, providing access to the charming inner courtyard.
To add a touch of elegance and entertainment, we have allocated space in the living room for a piano. This will create a beautiful focal point and a delightful atmosphere for both you and your guests to enjoy.
Addressing your laundry requirements, we have positioned the laundry area adjacent to the kitchen, conveniently located next to the kitchen sink. This thoughtful placement ensures that the space can be efficiently used for laundry purposes as well, saving valuable floor area and enhancing functionality.
Moving on to the bedroom, as per your request, we have included a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and bidet.
