IL PROGETTO
L’appartamento, analizzando le diverse parti che lo compongono, presenta molti punti interessanti; le numerose finestre, l’ingresso centrale, le due terrazze opposte nonchè una buona maglia strutturale, possono portare alla realizzazione di numerose forme d’abitare per nulla scontate e/o obbligate.
01_INGRESSO
L’ingresso è stato ottimizzato al massimo sia in termini di metri quadri che in funzionalità. Entrando, sulla destra, possiamo sfruttare un comodo bagno di servizio (02) e frontalmente un armadio a muro (06) che continua sulla destra diventando prima libreria e poi mobile cucina.
03_LAVANDERIA/RIPOSTIGLIO
Le dimensioni di questo ambiente consentono di gestire al meglio lo spazio; può contenere una lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavatoio e la presenza della finestra consente di arieggiare al meglio l’area, ovviamente soggetta ad umidità. L’accesso dalla cucina rende l’ambiente comodo per l’uscita sul balcone.
04_PRANZO/CUCINA
L’ambiente più interessante del progetto è sicuramente questo. La forma, in planimetria, nasce dalle diverse esigenze del cliente e risponde anche alla volontà di rendere l’appartamento quanto più aperto e luminoso possibile. In questa maniera l’intera zona giorno vive della presenza di ben tre finestre che garantiscono notevole luce ed aria e la disposizione delle aree determina una migliore fruizione degli spazi. Di fatto sono stati eliminati corridoi e disimpegni e i metri quadrati vengono utilizzati tutti per le diverse necessità richieste.
05_SOGGIORNO
La zona giorno, centrale a tutto l’appartamento, presenta una forma pulita, semplice, facile da vivere e arredare (vedi render). In questa ipotesi è stata inserita una scaffalatura a vista in maniera da definire maggiormente l’ingresso ma è possibile lasciarla ovviamente totalmente aperta.
06_PARETE ATTREZZATA
Questa parete è il vero cuore del progetto. Potrà essere utilizzata come armadio, libreria e, in continuità con la cucina, si pone esteticamente pulita e gradevole alla vista.
07_08_09_CAMERA DA LETTO + CABINA ARMADIO + BAGNO PADRONALE
Utilizzando il pilastro come perno progettuale intoccabile, questi 3 ambienti si pongono in continuità l’uno con l’altro sfruttando al massimo anche le necessità impiantistiche (parete cucina - parete bagno) ma mai elemosinando la superficie a loro dedicata. Nella camera, inoltre, si è ritagliato anche un eventuale angolo studio o da toletta (10).
THE PROJECT
The apartment, analyzing the different parts that compose it, presents many interesting points; the numerous windows, the central entrance, the two opposite terraces as well as a good structural mesh, can lead to the creation of numerous forms of living that are not at all obvious and/or obligatory.
01_ENTRY
The entrance has been optimized to the maximum both in terms of square meters and in terms of functionality. Entering, on the right, we can take advantage of a comfortable service bathroom (02) and a built-in wardrobe (06) in front which continues on the right, first becoming a bookcase and then a kitchen unit.
03_LAUNDRY/CLOSET
The dimensions of this environment allow you to better manage the space; it can contain a washing machine, dryer, sink and the presence of the window allows you to better ventilate the area, obviously subject to humidity. Access from the kitchen makes the environment comfortable for going out onto the balcony. A strong point of this environment is its possible flexibility over time: if you decide not to use the laundry anymore, it could become a study room or, by removing the service bathroom, a small bedroom, excellent as an investment.
04_LUNCH/COOKING
The most interesting environment of the project is certainly this. The shape, in planimetry, arises from the different needs of the client and also responds to the desire to make the apartment as open and bright as possible. In this way, the entire living area thrives on the presence of three windows that guarantee considerable light and air and the layout of the areas determines a better use of the spaces. In fact, corridors and lobbies have been eliminated and the square meters are all used for the different needs required.
05_LIVING ROOM
The living area, central to the entire apartment, has a clean, simple shape that is easy to live in and furnish (see rendering). In this hypothesis, an exposed shelving has been inserted in order to better define the entrance but it is obviously possible to leave it completely open.
06_EQUIPPED WALL
This wall is the real heart of the project. It can be used as a wardrobe, a bookcase and, in continuity with the kitchen, it is aesthetically clean and pleasing to the eye.
07_08_09_BEDROOM + WALKING CLOSET + MASTER BATHROOM
Using the pillar as an untouchable design pivot, these 3 rooms are in continuity with each other, making the most of the system requirements (kitchen wall - bathroom wall) but never begging for the surface dedicated to them. In addition, a study or toilet corner (10) has also been carved out in the bedroom.
