I have proposed a large open space kitchen + living room, undivided so they both get the light from the balcony and window. At the entrance there is a small entryway furniture for shoes, keys and/or a mirror. The living area has a big wall mounted bookcase which serves as a tv wall also. On the left, at the entry there is a laundry and a small guest toiled. The master bedroom hass a big walk in closet (open space) which leads to the master bedroom toilet.
