With your desire for a modern and minimalist apartment, we have researched and proposed a floor plan that fully meets the functions you desire. We have organized the space efficiently with a kitchen with a bar and a built-in washer and dryer. The kitchen area overlooks a small balcony in the courtyard. We also set aside a space for dinner that connects to the living room. The entire space of the kitchen, dining room and living room is open and interconnected. The R.I.P room was expanded and used for the guest bathroom. The bedroom is designed in combination with built-in wardrobes and internal toilets.
