As requested in the brief and in discussions with designers, I've provided you with a spatial arrangement I believe best meets your needs.
the apartment is somewhat divided into two parts, "public" and "private" or "day" and "night" areas. The two areas both have direct access to the main entrance hall with built-in storage and a reading nook in the central position of the apartment.
Lounge, kitchen with dining space, and studio are facing the sea view. Since these are the spaces for daily use where natural light is most important. Connected to this area of the apartment is the large bathroom with all amenities.
The second area of the apartment consists of a separate entrance hall with a smaller bathroom with a shower, walk-in wardrobe and two bedrooms of similar size equipped equally with the possibility of having a workstation in one of them according to preference.
The aim was to simplify the use of the space and avoid unnecessary corridor space and make all areas equally functional and pleasant to use. As requested all the areas have a lot of storage options that can be modified aborting to your needs.
