Il progetto nasce dalla volontà di esaltare l'elemento che sta alla base di ogni disegno, di ogni forma, e che rappresenta il gesto elementare, nonché il primo passo verso la definizione di un'idea: la linea.
É la linea, con la sua semplicità, a definire percorsi e spazi senza mai delimitarli, creando geometrie pure e complesse.
Le grandi dimensioni dell'appartamento hanno permesso di distribuire gli spazi in maniera semplice e razionale, cercando di sfruttare al meglio le potenzialità offerte.
Gli impianti esistenti vengono sfruttati per collocare il nuovo bagno degli ospiti e la cucina: quest'ultima si sviluppa entro un suo spazio definito pur rimanendo aperta sul soggiorno attraverso la penisola e il banco snack, pratico per poche persone e pasti veloci. In presenza di ospiti, invece, in base alle richieste del committente, è stato scelto un grande tavolo quadrato al posto di uno rettangolare affinché fosse eliminata la gerarchia dei posti a sedere e preferire dunque un'atmosfera più conviviale.
Il salone si colloca in continuità con la zona pranzo e la cucina e si sviluppa attorno al camino con grandi divani e poltrone. Nello stesso ambiente è stato ricavato lo spazio necessario ad una zona studio/PC.
Il bagno degli ospiti e il locale lavanderia fanno da filtro alla zona notte, pensata come un ambiente intimo e privato.
Dalla camera da letto si accede al bagno padronale (completo di tutti i sanitari) e alla grande cabina armadio.
In questo modo ogni ambiente risulta idealmente collegato a tutti gli altri grazie alla linea nera che costituisce l'elemento architettonico caratterizzante la casa e rappresenta il fil rouge del progetto.
The project originates from the will of enhance the element that you can find on the base of every drawing, of every shape and that represents the elementary gesture, as well as the first step toward the definition of an idea: the line.
The line, with its simplicity, defines paths and spaces without delimiting them, creating pure and complex geometries.
The wide dimensions of the apartment made possible to distribute the room in a simple and rational manner, trying to take advantage of the room potentiality.
the existing bathroom fixture are used to place the new guest bathroom and the kitchen: this one develops within a well-defined space even thought it remains opened toward the living room through the kitchen peninsula and the snack bar, very useful for a few people and fast meals. With guests, instead, considering the owner requests, a big square table was chosen rather than a rectangular one. the aim was to avoid the hierarchy of the seats around the table and to foster a more convivial atmosphere.
The living room is placed in continuity with the dining room and the kitchen, and it develops around the fireplace with big sofas and armchairs. A study area was obtained in the same room.
The guest bathroom and the laundry room have the function of a filter between the other rooms and the sleeping area, that is thought as an intimate and private space.
From the bedroom is possible to have access to the master bathroom (that includes all the sanitary ware) and to the big walk-in closet.
In that way every room turns out to be ideally linked to every other room thanks to the black line that constitutes the distinguishing architectonic element of the house and represents the fil rouge of the project.
