Gentile Committente, nella progettazione della distribuzione interna degli ambienti , ho cercato di seguire tutte le sue indicazioni, con l’obiettivo di proporre un’ organizzazione più razionale degli spazi, ottenuta attraverso la riduzione dei disimpegni e la creazione di zone più ampie e luminose.
Zona Giorno : ho creato un ambiente unico che comprende cucina, sala pranzo e salotto e ricavato un angolo studio per una postazione computer. L’area del salotto è stata raccolta attorno al caminetto, ricavato nell’angolo dove prima si trovava il balconcino, ed illuminata dalla luce naturale ottenuta aprendo un’ampia finestra nel nuovo muro di chiusura. Ho mantenuto la cucina nella posizione originaria, per consentire l’uso degli impianti idrici esistenti e inserito un mobile isola in corrispondenza dello spazio d’ingresso, che è stato spostato in luogo della finestra di fronte alla scala di accesso, al fine di consentire, a chi entra , una visione centrale e completa dell’intera sala. Con la creazione di un box guardaroba, posto in prossimità del nuovo ingresso, ho pensato di dedicare una parete al suo sport preferito con una gigantografia in bianco e nero d’impatto, che lo rappresenti. Sul lato opposto al salotto è stato ricavato un angolo studio e una libreria che si affaccia su due lati , ad angolo del pilastro posto in corrispondenza. L’accesso al bagno per gli ospiti non dà direttamente sulla sala, ma è pensato per essere raggiungibile dalla stessa in modo discreto; in esso si trovano gli elementi essenziali: wc , bidet e lavabo, rimandando al piano seminterrato la creazione di un bagno per gli ospiti con doccia. Il locale lavanderia, pensato nello stesso luogo in cui si trovava, è stato ampliato in modo da dare maggiore spazio ed altezza al locale per lo svolgimento di alcune funzioni e contenere tutte le comodità che ha indicato nelle richieste.
Zona notte: La camera da letto , abbastanza comoda, è pensata con un’ampia cabina armadio e un bagno padronale con areazione diretta, quest’ultimo è stato progettato tenendo conto del suggerimento di un’ immagine di riferimento, allegata nelle risorse. Entrando nella camera da letto si trova uno spazio d’ingresso con un divanetto che può essere utilizzato anche come angolo studio, qualora si preferisse avere una postazione computer in camera. La cabina armadio è abbastanza capiente in modo da non dover fare alcun cambio di stagione; una possibile ipotesi organizzativa è allegata nelle immagini di render.

Dear Client, in the design of the internal distribution of environments, I have tried to follow all of its indications with the aim of proposing a more rational organization of spaces, achieved through the reduction of corridors and the creation of larger and brighter areas.
Day area: I created a unique environment that includes dining room and living room, kitchen and a study corner for a computer station. The living area is collected around the fireplace put in the corner where there was the balcony , and it is illuminated by the natural light obtained by opening a large window in the new closing wall. I kept the kitchen in the original position to allow the use of existing water systems and i have inserted an island mobile at the entrance space that was moved where there was the window in front of the access staircase, in order to allow who enter, a central and complete view of the entire hall. With the creation of a wardrobe box near the new entrance, I thought I would devote a wall to his favorite sport with a black and white impact gigantography that represents him. On the opposite side of the living room there is a study corner and a library that looks out onto two sides on the corner of the pillar placed in correspondence. Access to the guest bathroom does not give directly on the living room, but is thought to be accessible from it in a discreet manner; In it there are the essential elements , wc, bidet and wash basin , to deferring the creation of a bathroom for the guests with shower in the basement. The laundry room, thought in the same place it was located, has been expanded to give more space and height to the room for carrying out some functions and to contain all the conveniences you has shown in the requests.
Sleeping area: The bedroom, quite comfortable, is designed with a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom, with direct ventilation, designed with the suggestion of a reference image attached to the resources. Entering the bedroom there is an entrance space with a sofa that can also be used as a studio corner, if you prefer to have a computer station in the room. The cabin is large enough so you do not have to do the season change ; A possible organizational hypothesis is attached to the render images.
