For the realization of the project, it is thought to create a modern and comfortable project to live inside and outside the house. Interventions in the existing area will be minimal, transforming the day area into an open space. The windows will be opened to turn into window sills so that the interior is fully lit and access from the inside to the outside is done from all sides of the living room. The space of the house will be divided into day zone and night zone. The living room will consist of the lounge area which will be the current sitting area, the fireplace wall will be narrowed and on the side behind the fireplace will be the kitchen and dining area which will have direct access to the backyard, a toilet will be built to serve the day area and will have dual entrances for outdoor use. The night area will have 3 bedrooms, one room will be a master bedroom with a separate toilet and walk-in closet, the other two bedrooms will have a separate bathroom in the night area. The upper floor will have a lounge area and 2 bedrooms, will also have a toilet and walk-in closet. The backyard will have 2 covered porch one in front of the day area and the other on the garage side. The area near the new garage to be built will be a relaxing area with a jacuzzi and beach bed. The area in front of the living room will have outdoor dining and a lounge. A swimming pool will be built between the new garage and the existing building. The style of the villa will be a farmhouse with white walls and two windows and a black roof.

Per la realizzazione del progetto si è pensato di creare un progetto moderno e confortevole da vivere dentro e fuori casa. Gli interventi nell'area esistente saranno minimi, trasformando la zona giorno in uno spazio aperto. Le finestre verranno aperte per trasformarsi in davanzali in modo che l'interno sia completamente illuminato e l'accesso dall'interno verso l'esterno avvenga da tutti i lati del soggiorno. Lo spazio della casa sarà suddiviso in zona giorno e zona notte. Il soggiorno sarà composto dalla zona lounge che sarà l'attuale salottino, la parete del camino sarà ristretta e sul lato dietro il camino ci sarà la cucina e la zona pranzo che avrà accesso diretto al cortile sul retro, un wc sarà realizzata a servizio della zona giorno e avrà doppi ingressi per uso esterno. La zona notte avrà 3 camere da letto, una stanza sarà una camera matrimoniale con wc separato e cabina armadio, le altre due camere avranno un bagno separato nella zona notte. Il piano superiore avrà una zona lounge e 2 camere da letto, avrà anche un wc e cabina armadio. Il cortile avrà 2 portici coperti uno antistante la zona giorno e l'altro lato garage. L'area adiacente al nuovo garage di prossima realizzazione sarà un'area relax con vasca idromassaggio e lettino mare. La zona antistante il soggiorno avrà pranzi all'aperto e un salotto. Verrà realizzata una piscina tra il nuovo garage e l'edificio esistente. Lo stile della villa sarà una casa colonica con pareti bianche e due finestre e tetto nero.
