I have put my focus on the layout with using the existing location of column , window and I have created FOUR option by ONLY moving the wall of bathroom only and work on different layout according to your requirement
By This:-
-Low cost of construction.(no demolition of wall,door and windows location)
-Less rerouting of the plumbing pipes.
-Two options have walk in closet, while two options have a day SLIDING DOOR between living area and kitchen to isolate the area from kitchen.
-I have kept the kids room the end of the house for safety and privacy
