The proposed project followed the scenario n°2 proposed by the client; in fact this option allows to save space in the kitchen, which in this way can comfortably accommodate a central bench with hob and sink, and a comfortable breakfast station for 6-8 people in front. The kitchen can be separated from the entrance by a sliding door. The entrance door has been designed to slide on the inner side of the masonry, so as not to take up space at the entrance that houses a comfortable wardrobe. The living area is a large linear and elegant open space, with a full-height stoneware wall. The open staircase is flanked by a suspended bookcase that also serves as a parapet. The master bedroom has been completely redesigned, placing the bed in front of the terrace, while the bathroom has been positioned on the opposite side. The bathroom has been divided into two parts to increase comfort and the exchange of natural air; a first part has a toilet, bidet and window for air and natural light, which can be separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door; in the other part there is a comfortable shower and a double sink with a large mirror. A relaxation area has also been designed for the bathroom with a wardrobe along the entire wall. In this way the chamber can be used in various ways, performing a mixed function of sitting area, dressing room, walk-in closet. Thus it will be possible for 2 people to use the spaces simultaneously. The basement has been redesigned expanding the bathroom.
