Family of 2 adults and 2 children.
We would like a very luminous house (living area facing south / south-west), modern and very functional, with large windows and a chance to live all environments including the outdoor spaces (porches and others) to eat outside in the warm seasons. The house will be one with the large land (raised above the road but flat) property that surrounds it. Home preferably will have a modern design with an exterior that fits in the context of hills where it is inserted.
The house will be on two floors divided into living area on the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor. Up to 160 sq.m. total for the area. In addition to the 160 sq.m. there will be a double garage, a plant room and a laundry room (also with the local plant). Unnecessary terraces and balconies.
The house has a beautiful view of the hills to the south west and the land includes a beautiful forest (to be maintained) north.
Preferably the pitch of the roof facing south / southwest for photovoltaic installation.
These desiderata:
Living room, preferable all open space, with a fireplace (centrally or at least visible of all circles), with the stairway leading up to become also piece of furniture (preferably straight):
– Large kitchen: for us it is one of the most important rooms in the house, preferably with island, preferably facing south / southeast, beautiful if she had French doors from the outside porch to eat, space for a good pantry.
– Dining room: table at least 6 people with the possibility of extension.
– Living room: if possible facing south-west to see the sunsets.
– Bathroom: large rooms on the ground if there is only one small, or if you manage to get 2 bathrooms floor rooms
– Studio: area for reading and working on the computer; not necessarily closed; not necessarily on the ground floor; It may be located on the first floor.
Sleeping area:
– Double room: not necessarily large, possibly exposed to the southwest to see the sunsets;
– Very spacious walk-in closet for the master bedroom;
– Master bathroom with shower and bath;
– Child’s bedroom A: It must be large enough to accommodate even the desk for study
– Child’s bedroom B: It must be large enough to accommodate even the desk for study
– Bathroom for children if possible, or to zoom in on the ground floor (see description downstairs bathroom)
