La villa proposta si sviluppa su due piani ed ha una superficie utile interna minore di 160 mq.
La zona giorno occupa il piano terra con una grande sala senza pilastri in cui trovano posto la zona soggiorno, la zona pranzo, la zona cucina con isola e piano prima colazione, il camino, la scala aerea per accedere al piano superiore. Il lato sud-ovest e il lato sud-est sono completamente vetrati e si aprono sul giardino e sullo splendido panorama; appena fuori dalle vetrate troviamo una zona pranzo scoperta e un “portico” da sfruttare nelle belle giornate primaverili ed estive.
L'ingresso avviene dal “retro” tramite un ulteriore ampio porticato. A fianco di esso sono posizionati il bagno (piccolo) della zona giorno e la zona lavanderia/locale tecnico. L'autorimessa (due posti) completa l'organizzazione del piano terra.
Il piano superiore è dedicato alla zona notte. Arrivati in cima alla scala nel disimpegno che distribuisce le varie stanze ci si può “affacciare” sulla zona giorno.
La camera matrimoniale è molto ampia con una grande cabina armadio e l'accesso diretto al bagno (con vasca e doccia); la finestra è esposta a sud-ovest per poter ammirare i tramonti.
Le camerette dei bambini oltre a letto e comodino sono dotate anche di capiente armadio e scrivania. Il bagno dei ragazzi ha lavabo, sanitari e doccia.
La villa ha solo limitate aperture sulle pareti rivolte a nord ed è caratterizzata da una generosa gronda che oltre a proteggere i vetri dalle intemperie, ha la funzione di ombreggiare i serramenti nelle giornate estive evitando il surriscaldamento dei locali interni.
Sulla falda del tetto, esposta a sud-ovest, trovano posto i pannelli fotovoltaici.

The proposed villa spreads over two floors and it has an internal floor area of ​​less than 160 square meters.
The living area occupies the ground floor with a large hall without pillars in which there are the living area, the dining area, the kitchen area with island and breakfast desk, the fireplace, the aerial stair to reach the top floor. The south-west and the south-east sides are fully glazed and open to the garden and the splendid panorama; just outside the windows there are a dining area and a "porch" to be exploited in the beautiful spring and summer days.
The entrance is from the "back" through another large porch. Alongside it there are the bathroom (small) of the living area and the laundry / technical room. The garage (two seats) completes the organization of the ground floor.
The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. At the top of the stairs in the hallway that distributes the different rooms you can look onto the living area.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a large walk-in closet and direct access to the bathroom (with bathtub and shower); the window faces south-west to admire the sunsets.
Children's bedrooms in addition to the bed and bedside table have also a large closet and a desk. The boys' bathroom has sink, wc, bidet and shower.
The villa has only small openings on the north walls and is characterized by a generous eaves that in addition to protecting the glass from the elements, is designed to shade the windows in summer days to avoid overheating of the interior rooms.
