Courtyard determined in the heart of the house resulting in good views from all main spaces towards it.Making different spaces with different characters was the basic goal of design.
Such as:
- Gathering spaces for both inside and outside (as client wishes) which can combine together too.
- A cozy half closed area on the second floor with high level views to the courtyard.
- Two hobby rooms determined in the second floor and separated from other rooms to have more calm and quiet character.
- Dining area as a part of the kitchen, came out to have immediate view to the pool, courtyard and living room. It also has folding windows to be appropriate for summer breakfast.
- Position of both stairs defined carefully to make another experiences of your courtyard with rising surrounding the courtyard.
- And also another little patio next to the kitchen and the main entrance for friendly gathering times away from the pool and courtyard.
