La casa si trova al piano attico, in zona residenziale con affaccio sul parco di Vejo.
Siamo una Famiglia con un bambino piccolo (al momento in cui ci trasferireremo – ipotesi autunno 2018- il bambino potrà avere 18-24 mesi) pertanto con esigenza di funzionalità e sfruttamento di ogni spazio della casa.
Ci piacciono soluzioni moderne con qualche elemento di modernariato.
La casa è completamente da ristrutturare e prevediamo la demolizione completa. Gli spazi possono quindi essere divisi a piacimento.
Esigenze spazi:
2 camere da letto.
una camera da letto preferibilmente con cabina armadio non armadio ; ci piacerebbe anche uno dei due bagni all’interno o in prossimità della camera.
2 bagni, uno con doccia (quello adibito alla camera da letto).
L’ altro possibilmente con vasca da bagno, ma non è assolutamente una priorità.
Nei bagni non c’è bisogno di dare spazio alla lavanderia perché verrà ricavata esternamente con una veranda chiusa nella zona laterale del terrazzo
Ci piacerebbe che i sanitari non fossero a vista
Zona living, pensiamo sia la zona più importante della casa è che vivremo di più.
Deve avere una soluzione di continuità con il terrazzo e dovrebbe sembrare il più possibile una zona unica.
Ci piacerebbe la cucina open space e pensavamo ad una separazione fra i due ambienti – cucina e living – tramite penisola o una parete vetrata con cucina a vista. Naturalmente siamo aperti ad altre soluzioni che ci vorrete proporre voi, per noi la priorità è che non passino gli odori dalla cucina al living.
La cucina può prevedere soluzioni come ad es NikolaTesla, il piano ad induzione di Elica con sistema di aspirazione totalmente integrato.
abbiamo necessità di collocare molti libri e ci piacerebbe un angolo studio con una postazione Mac
Ci piacerebbe anche verificare la possibilità di inserire un camino, anche elettrico, per dare un tocco di calore all’ ambiente.
Angolo Scarpiera con possibile disimpegno o soluzione di armadio a muro subito all’ingresso per riporre scarpe e giacche
Ci piacciono anche soluzioni con soppalco.
Ci piacciono soluzioni con uso del cartongesso (armadi, librerie, altro )
The house is located on the attic floor in a residential area overlooking Vejo Park.

In the bathrooms there is no need to give room to the laundry because it will be obtained externally with a veranda enclosed in the lateral area of the terrace
We would like the sanitary facilities not to be visible
Living area, we think of both the most important area of the home is that we will live more.
Must have a continuity solution with the terrace and it should look as much as possible a unique area.
We would love the open space kitchen and we thought of a separation between the two environments – kitchen and living – through the peninsula or a glassy wall with open kitchen. Of course we are open to other solutions that you will want to propose to us, for us the priority is not to pass smells from kitchen to living.
The kitchen can provide solutions such as Nikola Tesla, the Elica induction floor with fully integrated suction system.

We would also like to check the possibility of inserting a fireplace, even electric, to give a touch of warmth to the environment.
