Hello to the client,

First of all I would wish you all the best with choosing best design for you and your family.
Second, I would toward to the wickest point of your flat, and that is kitchen island. Disassembling the island, with screwdrivers, will took 1-2 hours, and placing new kitchen table wil take another 1-2 hours. The cost will be no more than 500-600€, even in expensive Norway. I guess that you are renting the flat or do not own tha flat, but when you leave, within next years, just pick up the parts of the island from the store room, and just assemble it again!
Other wise, your flat is very hard to organize, and it is to you choose, what do you need more, 600€ and 4-5h of work, or flat with no proper kitchen dinning, it is up to you. I did this design, as I could do this for myself.
When you go to the dentist, you usually listen to the dentist, the same is with the architects, believe me (or at leat it could be.) Whatever you decide I had the great doing you flat.
