It needs to be simple and useful!
The design started with think of having more spaces with the least surfaces. I removed some of house walls.In hallway,bedroom walls are pushed back to make width, wide enough. The focus of designing was on living room.Light of sun must come in.So I removed the southeast window and placed a full height glass wall.The Fire place is preserved.But Now It has a new stone black marble surface.As watching fire is enjoyable, watching TV is enjoyable too. So TV placed above the fireplace.
The great narrow terrarium, I love it!
Everything is ready for your healthy happy family. The barbecue is placed in terrace and there you have some cube to sit on them and drink your wine and steak. when you're around the dining table everyone have a unique sight. One has a sight of city, one has a sight of green wall placed in terrace, the other has sight o your beautiful house.
The kitchen is designed with all of client demands. You can enjoy it!
There are two rooms one of them for children studying, playing,... and the other is for children rest . In the future, they can be two separated bedrooms.
At the end of hallway Laundry placed.With everything that client demanded.
The master room placed on where must be. There is a separate bath for parents.
As client demands everything are planned.
