We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We have suggested two plans for you, the difference between them is in the layout of the bedroom.
We made the creation of functional spaces with standard sizes the main goal of our design.
Due to the high cost of moving the kitchen and bathroom, we assumed they were close to their previous location.
We put the TV wall in a place that can be seen from the kitchen, living room and terrace line, and we also planned a bio fireplace next to the TV.
We recommend a skylight window to provide light for the bathroom.
