1. Small room, could be either guest room, or study room or closet room. Whatever you pick up, you will be satisfied. My opinion is that separate small room could be very beneficial to you, in a lot of scenarios.
2. Bedroom, is not too big, but you have all the things you need, and bed 2x2m.
Perhaps, the only thing is maybe smaller, is the walk-around spaces, around the bed, but still they are pretty descent.
3. Bathroom, is although too big, but you still have everything you need, and big shower, along with bidet.
4. Wardrobes/ storages, are all around the flat, in the bedroom, in the hallway, and in the living room. Wardrobe in the living room, should be also used as storage.
5. Landry, is just at the end of hallway, near bathroom and bedroom. Perfect place.
6. Kitchen, is hidden, when it is needed, by simple curtain, like in homes of our grannies.
Simple, and most effective, but main reason is that is no place to apply proper sliding door. So, that is way I decide to go with simple plain curtain, and it looks even better.
5. OUTDOOR
5a. I would suggest you use only small-leaves plants, not big-leaves plants, as although your outdoor space look big, when you fill it with furniture it is not too much big.
5b. Do not use any masonry/ building structure inside outdoor space, firstly, you will be not allowed by neighbours and local laws, and most important, if you decide to make some re-arrangement you will do it much more easier if you use removable parts, like normal furniture parts.
5c. There are 3 main parts, living/ firepit, dinning with barbique, and sunbed.
Every part is attached to its simiral part indoor, like living, kitchen and bedroom.
Overall, neither space or room is not oversized, or huge, but rather with just enough area.
Therefore, you have a lot of rooms, so every need you have, you can fit it.
I truly hope you will enjoy your new flat.
